Payment of Services

I am

• a registered provider with NDIS

and

• have a Medicare Provider Number

Clients without NDIS funding or Medicare Approved Plans can be seen privately.

Should a client have private heath insurance then this may part fund the Occupational Therapy services received.

Payment for all services is required on the day of service.

Fees for service are in line with the hourly rate as set out by NDIS.
